Founded in 2005 in Dubai, U.A.E by Engineer Mohamad Rabih Achour, Spark Building Contracting LLC has established a reputation as one of the most reputable companies in the Infrastructure line and related Civil, Road works & Earth Moving field. In 2009, Spark opened new office in Abu Dhabi, which has become its main operations office.

Spark is qualified as Second Category Contractor for road works & for civil construction works & for rain water drainage contracting in Abu Dhabi Municipality and in Oil & Gas Sector with M/s Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and its subsidiaries, i.e. GASCO, ADCO, TAKREER, BOROUGE, etc., as well as with Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA), M/s Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) and UAE Armed Forces for Infrastructure line and related Civil, Road works & Earth Moving field.
