We an ISO/TS 16949 company started in 1974 . We are indulged in Manufacture & Machining of ‘Ready to Assemble & Sub-assembled” Grey Iron Castings components. We are single location integrated foundry and machine shop. Currently producing 9500 MT per annum fully machined casting and is expanded to 15000 MT per annum.
Our facilities include: laboratory with spectrometer, image analyzer, mechanized sand plant, Arpa machine moulding lines, cold box core making, induction furnace, shot blasting machine, stress relieving treatment furnace, painting booth, conventional machine shop, CNC machine shop with VMC’s. We have also setup new modern HMC shop with new Makino’s Enshu’s, Hyundai machines. Also our facility is equipped with new 3D CMM, CNC model, high pressure cleaning machine, pressure testing equipments and export packing department.
Our Customer include OEM's mainly in Diesel Engine, Tractor and Compressor industry. Our customers include Addison's & Co, , Atlas Copco, New Holland Fiat Ltd., IVECO, Wartstila, Same Deutz-Fahr, Kirloskar oil engines ltd, Otis Elevator, TACO Hendrickson, VST Tillers & Tractor. We are Exporting to Italy, Belgium, Germany, Finland, Brazil and China.

Our manufacturing plant is spread in an area of 15700 sq.meter and has requisite facilities for efficient and flawless production. Installed with latest machines, our production unit has an installed power capacity of 2500 kv unit that makes it easier for us to achieve an annual production of around 15000MT , presently operating at 800 MT in 1 shift. Our maintenance department works round the clock to keep our machines in good working conditions in order to minimize the total breakdown time. We use different procedures and machines to meet the qualitative and quantitative requirements of our clients on time. We operate on a well defined electronic database processing system that interconnects our entire departments with ERP software. This allows our workforce to access information from different units and helps to avert any kind of confusion or discrepancies.
