Imdaad has been operating as an independent business entity for the last seven years, although its overall experience in Integrated Facilities Management spans more than 25 years. Imdaad commenced operations in 1986 as a Civil Engineering Division of Ports Customs & Free Zone Corporation handling Civil Engineering works, Air-Conditioning & Electrical maintenance.

In 1989, Imdaad increased it service capability by opening new divisions such as waste and environmental management, pest control, sewage treatment services.. A joint venture was established in 2002 to provide outsourced facilities management services. In 2007, Imdaad was inaugurated with a mission to provide integrated facilities management solutions.
