At Airtec, we work together to bring to you total gas solutions. With year-on-year growth from our inception in 1960 as Refrigeration and Oxygen Co. Ltd; Kuwait, we have been leaders in the field of gas and gas-related products and services.

Since then we have expanded our operations:

In United Arab Emirates with Emirates Industrial Gases Co. LLC., established in 1978 in UAE
In Qatar with Qatar Oxygen Company, established in 2005
And in Bahrain in 2011, when the group acquired a 100% stake in Bahrain Medical & Industrial Gas Plants, established in 1965

The Group companies are the now the largest manufacturers and suppliers of medical, industrial, specialty gases and mixture gases in the Middle East.

And to help us provide our customers with services that go beyond global standards in safety, reliability and customer satisfaction, ROC Group entered into a joint venture in 2009 with Praxair, Inc., based in the United States and one of the largest industrial gases companies worldwide.

To streamline how we do business and provide you with an enhanced range of products and services, our group of companies have been rebranded as Airtec. Airtec represents the combined know how and reputation of ROC Group & Praxair, Inc., and is aimed at further strengthening its market leading position as the largest total gas solutions provider in the region.
