Ecoclean Systems & Solutions is Goa's first professional managed Facility Management Company providing an array of services to hotels, industries, hospitals, educational institutions, residential complexes, airlines, railways etc.

The head offices at Panjim, houses a team of 30 administrative and operation professionals who assume all back offices duties with a fullfledged training center to aid their duty.

From a small single site operation in 1999, today ecoclean provides daily services to over 90 sites in Goa with a team of over 1400 staff based all over. Ecoclean was also the 1st Facility Service Provider to be ISO 9001:2008 certified by TUV SUD South Asia Pvt. Ltd.

Daily Housekeeping

This division undertakes mechanised cleaning jobs with a scientific programme which are custom made to suit the client's needs on a yearly contract basis. All equipment used for the operations are generally imported and serviced inhouse by specialized team. Our operations are backed by Director – Operations and Management team of 20 persons who manage and supervise approximately 1100 staff. This division takes care of requirements that may be one off in nature. Here our trained staff will visit your site with equipment, suitable chemicals & accesories in a specially designed vehicle & will undertake this job for a day or two, depending on requirements.

Property/ Home Maintanence

This division caters to the needs of maintaining of homes & complexes in Goa. From taking care of closed homes i.e owners who are abroad, to looking after residential complexes, Ryna provides all services. These services are mainly: For Closed Homes: Cleaning & Maintenance Services thrice a year. Payment of electrical / water & taxes. Renting out of apartment for short periods. For Residential Complexes: Housekeeping Services Garden Maintenance Electrical Services Plumbing Services Swimming Pool Maintenance & Operations Security Services
