BLACKpepper team comes with a sizeable catering services experience and is successfully executing Institutional catering and F&B outsource assignments by deploying manpower and maintaining high quality of raw material inventory where the institutions have infrastructure in place. The institutions where kitchen is not available we have our own kitchen made over 2000 sq. ft. area in Dwarka. We specialize in hospital F&B management services for preparation and service of inpatient meals in close coordination with the hospital dietician, maintaining cafeteria for attendants, maintaining meals services for the hospital staff, maintaining a coffee shop for attendants and staff. We were actively involved in obtaining NABH certification for the hospital representing F&B Department.

Since the inception of the event management arm in 2012, we are managing DHQ corps day event consecutively for 4 years This three day event starts with Officers Institute lunch for high rank and decorated army officers with function strength of 100 personnel followed by civil staff lunch catering with function strength of 500 persons and on the CORPS day officers and Jawans lunch catering and stage performances with a function strength of 1200 persons. This three day event includes tenting, decoration and bar management
