ASCO is proud to have been associated with the development of the State of Qatar over the past three decades. ASCO has participated independently or jointly with international consultants and contractors in a variety of engineering projects in different sectors. ASCO is now recognized as a leading multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy firm in Qatar with a client list including most Government Agencies, Corporations as well as International and Local Companies.

ASCO has been involved heavily in the development of the infrastructure, and building sector in the State of Qatar. Our Client list includes most Government Departments, several major local Corporations and Companies as well as a number of international Companies

Our work culture and ethics is still based on the same principles of care, value and quality that were established when the practice was founded in 1972.

Since its establishment in Qatar in 1972 the practice has successfully completed a wide range of building and civil engineering projects. Initially the works undertaken were primarily water-related projects and a large part of Qatar’s water supply system was planned, designed, and supervised by ASCO. In later years the practice diversified and now has a large multi-disciplined staff of expatriate professionals working on civil engineering and building projects supported by administrative and technical staff.

ASCO has a well-established CAD Department utilising latest AutoCAD Releases and associated architectural, structural, MEP and civil engineering design software on 20 workstations. With a fully trained complement of CAD technicians and engineers, a comprehensive library of standard details, and the ability to programme task specific AutoLisp routines, ASCO can quickly and efficiently produce contract drawings up to A0 size or on disk for transfer to other CAD users.
