VOLKSWAGEN WHITEFIELD integral part of APPLE AUTO Group is owned by Mr. Jayaram, son of late Sri. Chinnappa Naidu, aged 40 years and a commerce graduate, with over 21 years of business experience in cement retail, cement manufacturing, construction and automobiles, is heading the group as Chairman.

Mr. C. Chandrashekar, son of late Sri. Chinnappa Naidu, aged 33 years, and a commerce graduate, with over 13 years of business experience in cement retail, cement manufacturing, construction and automobiles, is heading the group as MANAGING DIRECTOR.



BRIEF HISTORY ON THE GROUP ACTIVITY-DOWN THE MEMORY LANE:





Cement Sector

They entered the business arena during 1990 as a retail cement dealer, selling various brands of cements and soon became C&F agent & later on sole distributors for a major brand of cement for entire Karnataka state. Eventually they later owned 2 cement manufacturing units by name Lodhi Calcium Product Pvt Ltd in Kurnool Dist. and Ratna Cements in Belgaum Dist.





Automobile Sector- 2 Wheeler

During the year 2003, they diversified to automobile field and ran the show of an authorized dealership for Kinetic Engineer Ltd, for its two wheeler, till 2006, in the name and style of “Jet Motors Pvt Ltd.”

During 2006, they become the Authorized dealer for M/s Suzuki Motors Cycle India Pvt Ltd, and the establishment in the name of “Apple Auto Agency Pvt Ltd.” got into business with 3s facility at BSK 3rd Stage, in its own constructed building. A series of Awards were conferred on the company for the best sales performance since its inception:

“Suzuki Golden League Award “ for the year 2007-2008

“ National performer of the year Award “ 2009-2010

“National performer of the year Award” for the year 2012-2013



The 2nd unit with 3s facility under the same banner got into business at BTM Layout during 2010 and is successfully catering to the needs of our customers surrounding by.

Apple Auto Pvt Ltd-VOLKSWAGEN WHITEFIELD, Authorized dealer for Volkswagen cars, got established during 2011 and is located at 102/1,outer ring road,B.Narayanpura, Whitefield Bangalore 560016, constructed on a land measuring 32000 sq.ft . Apple Auto Pvt Ltd has a world class state of the art showroom with 3s facility Sales, Service and Spares under one roof.



Real Estate Sector:



Apple Shelters Pvt Ltd:

Entered in to construction activity during the year 2005 on a small scale under the banner of Apple Construction and successfully completed few residential apartments and a housing project under KHB.

After witnessing consistent growth in the construction field and looking at the pace in which real estate sector is booming. They floated a private limited company in the name and style of “APPLE SHELTERS PRIVATE LIMITED” during March 2013, which has undertaken construction of various mega projects. Out of Which “APPLE SPIRE” at 27 storied (256 flats) at Nayandahalli, Mysore Road, the work in progress is worth mentioning.
