OMANISATION

AI Ramooz is proud to serve within the Sultanate of Oman and actively do what we can to develop the nation's future. In line with Royal Decrees we aim to recruit, train, develop and retain a national workforce which complies with the requirements of the Omanisation Policy. The Company currently has Omanis working within every facet of the organisation including Administration, Accounts, Estimating, Quantity Surveying, Engineering & Planning, Business Development, QA/QC Engineers and Skilled Tradesmen such as Carpenters, Steel Fixers and Mechanics. Many more opportunities exist within the Company for willing and enthusiastic Omanis.

Relationships with local colleges and universities will ensure that high quality work experience and training is provided forthe workforce and management ofthefuture.
